This is a full turn-key service – Your picnic will be fully set up prior to your arrival. There will be a blanket to sit on, a charming wicker basket with reusable plates and utensils, decorations, your menu choice, dessert, wine, and water. Extras are available to add at checkout. Cleanup is arranged for the end of your reservation.

At checkout you can add a bouquet of fresh flowers, box of chocolates, champagne upgrade, additional bottles of wine or champagne to drink or bring home, special custom cake, balloons, or even a professional photoshoot! For other requests, please inquire for a quote. 

You get to choose your location for your picnic. Paris is full of dreamy locations and we’ve set up picnics in many of them. Check out the possibilities here, or contact us with any questions. Please note that some locations have restrictions.

Absolutely! You can add an extra adult and/or a children’s ticket at checkout. If you need to add more guests, please inquire. We can accomodate for groups of all sizes.

Our menus can be halal friendly (no pork products). We have an all-cheese menu for vegetarians but cannot offer vegan alternatives at this time. For other restrictions such as gluten free, please inquire. Wine can be substituted for a soft drink of choice. We also offer a dessert only menu with champagne, and a luxury VIP menu. Picnics are a wonderful family activity! Children under 5 years old are free (limited to 1 child. 2 or more young children will be priced as 1 child). Children’s tickets are available at checkout for ages 5-15. Please include the ages of your children in your reservation. Menus include madeleines, extra macarons, Babybel cheese & crackers, extra fruit, and juice for your little ones.

If rain is showing in the forecast, we will first try to move the date and/or time of the reservation. It is always our priority to be flexible in order to execute the reservation. It is possible to bring the picnic to your hotel or airbnb free of charge.  There is no refund after 1 hour before the reservation time if no other arrangements have been made. There is a 20% non-refundable deposit for any reservation made in order to secure your time and date. If you have an emergency or special circumstances which force you to cancel, this can be waived with supporting evidence. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation or after purchases have been made, whichever comes first, the refund is 50% to cover cost & preparations. This is an outdoor event, so flexibility is always preferred. Please leave room to move your reservation if needed. 

You can  manually make changes to your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled date & time by clicking the “change/cancel reservation” button in your confirmation email. If you do not see a time slot or date available, please contact us so we can do it manually. There is no fee to move your reservation, and it is preferred that you change the date/time rather than cancel.
